For private customers in Sweden, the following applies:

Orders weighing less than 100 grams (i.e. all piercing jewelry etc) are sent FREE OF CHARGE as regular A-mail and the goods are delivered directly to your home in the mailbox.

Your name MUST appear on the address you have chosen as the delivery address, otherwise Postnord will not deliver the shipment, it will be returned to us and we have the right to charge a return fee.

If the shipment is too large to fit in the letter bin and/or weighs more than 100 grams (this applies to all aftercare), it costs SEK 25 in shipping and you will receive a notice from the post office about when and where you can pick up the shipment. 

Orders weighing 500 grams or more are sent as DHL Servicepoint at a cost of SEK 49, unfortunately we have to do this to cover rising logistical costs as a result of the pandemic. 

You can also choose a trackable option, either DHL Servicepoint where the delivery time is approx. 1-2 days after we send the package and shipping is SEK 49. You will receive an SMS notification about when and where you can pick up your goods. Or Postnord Varubrev that can be tracked in the Postnord app, this shipping option also takes 1-2 working days & costs SEK 49.

Postnord distributes e-mail every other day from May 3, 2021, this of course affects the delivery time for your goods.

For private customers in Finland & Denmark, the following applies:

Orders weighing less than 100 grams (i.e. all piercing jewelry etc) are sent FREE OF CHARGE as regular A-mail and the goods are delivered directly to your home in the mailbox.

If the shipment is too large to fit in the letter bin and/or weighs more than 100 grams (this applies to all aftercare), The shipping cost is 34 SEK

If the shipment is too large to fit in the letter bin and/or weighs more than 250 grams the shipping cost is 56 SEK.

Shipments not collected
For all shipments that are not picked up within 14 days or that are returned due to incorrect address information, Barbarella reserves the right to
charge the customer the costs of return shipping, handling fee and
handling cost (SEK 100).

For wholealecustomers in Sweden, the following applies:

Shipping charges vary depending on what you select for payment, the order's total value and weight.

The different delivery methods within Sweden are:

DHL Parcel - the goods delivered to your studio / store between the hours of 10:00 to 14:00 the day after we send them away.

DHL Service point - The delivery time is slightly longer, 2-3 days after we send the package so you can get it at your local DHL office. Announced via email and sms. Registered letter - If the order weighs less than 2 kg we will send the goods by registered letter. You can then pick up your delivery at your local postoffice.

For wholseale customers outside Sweden, the following applies:

UPS - Your order is shipped with UPS & delivered directly to your studio/store. The delivery time is about 1-3 days.

FedEx - Your order is shipped with FedEx & delivered directly to your studio/store. The delivery time is about 1-3 days.

Registered letter - If the order weighs less than 2 kg, we will send the goods as a registered letter.

Pickup at Barbarella Tattooshop - Pick up your goods yourself at Barbarella Tattooshop (Office) at Tredje Långgatan 31 in Gothenburg. Opening hours Mon-Fri 08.00-15.30.
