These Bioplast plugs have a top made of 925 sterling silver. The stem has a thickness of 1.2 mm and a length of 8 mm. The attachment has a diameter of approx. 8 mm.
Keep in mind that plastic jewelry is NOT as durable as metal jewelry. If you change the top often or take the jewelry in and out often, the labret can become too stretched and the top does not fit as well anymore.
