Prices
Prices are in Swedish kronor and include applicable sales tax, currently 25%.
We reserve the right for price changes due to changes in VAT or abnormally large
changes in foreign exchange mode, purchase prices, etc., and reserve the right to
adjust prices without notice.

If you are logged on as a business customer you can choose to see the prices without VAT.

Payment
You have the option to choose between different payment methods:
Credit card payment (VISA or MasterCard), direct payment by wire, Klarna invoice 14 days & Klarna Account and cash at pickup in store / supply.avd.

Svea Ekonomimi Company invoice:

Credit check: When applying for payment via company invoice, a customary credit check is carried out, which may mean that a credit report is obtained.

Terms of payment: Due date and other terms for company invoices appear on the invoice. In the case of invoice payment, the payment must have been received no later than 30 days from the invoice date. In the event of a delay in payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added as well as late payment interest of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made.

Transfer: All company invoices will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 ("Svea Bank"). All payments due to the invoice must be made to Svea Bank.

GDPR: When paying via company invoice, the invoice will be transferred to Svea Bank AB and we will then share the company customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the personal data controller for the claims that we have transferred to Svea Bank. In case of late or non-appearance of payment

Delivery time
Normally, your orders within 1 business day. Sometimes it can happen that one of the products you ordered are not in stock or deliveries are delayed. This can
cause the delivery time extended and becomes longer any longer, up to about 7 days, we will then contact you for further information.

Uncollected shipments
For all traceable shipments that are not collected, Barbarella AB will charge the customer the costs for original shipping, return shipping, shipping fee and handling cost, this fee is 125 SEK.

For all non-traceable shipments with an incorrectly specified address that prevents Postnord from delivering, Barbarella AB will charge the customer the costs for original shipping, return shipping, and handling cost, this fee is 50 SEK.

Personal information
Barbarella Bodyjewellery is responsible for the personal information you provided to us.
These data will be used to maintain our customer relationships
and for marketing purposes. If you want to make any alteration to the information or
be removed from the registry, the easiest way is through e-mail us at:

Return Policy
You can return your item within 30 days after you collected your shipment, be aware that the packaging must be intact in order to be able to exchange the item.
Jewelry comes in a sealed bag, this must be unbroken on the return or else we change not jewelery. This is a guarantee that everyone should have an unused jewelry, but also a way to
prevent the spread of beblandningsinfektioner such as Hepatitis C.
To change clothes or jewelry, which is not worn in piercings, should the goods be unused.

Send your return in a padded envelope to; Barbarella AB, Box 311 89, 400 32 Gothenburg.
Write what happened and how you want to do, we will solve it as quickly as possible, expect about 1 week. Do not forget to write the order number, name, address and a telephone number for you during the day, so we can reach you if needed.
It also facilitates the management if you type the sender on the envelope!
If you want to return the goods and get cash back just state it so we do a refund.
Would you rather exchange the item for something different model or size you write only what, we will try to solve it.
When a product is returned to us so we will give the customer pay for return shipping. Goods returned by mail are not accepted.
Return and exchange policy does not apply to goods made special orders (such as certain goods in Sin Central line).

Complaints

Transport damage

Security
To order things in someone else's name is a serious crime that can be classified
