Stone is a beautiful and safe choice of material for jewelry for stretched ears as long as the piercing is healed and not freshly stretched. Note that color / grain can vary a lot on plugs / tunnels in stone as it is natural material, it is not always possible to specify exactly what color they are. Stone plugs in slightly larger sizes can be perceived as heavy before you get used to it.
