Titan Basicline® Flat Surface Barbells are suitable for many variations of surface piercings due to their extra flat design.
Their construction shaped like a clamp avoids upward pressure. Wildcat Flat Surface Barbells are preferred by many international piercers.

* These flat surface barbells are machined from solid Grade 23 Titanium.
* The height of these measures 1.5mm, 2.0mm or 2.5mm.
* They are only 0.5mm thick which allows them to be bent without breaking.
* The rise is 1.6mm thick
* The surface bars are 1.8mm wide and are Forged, then ground and polished.
The flat bar design helps reduce the rate of rejection.
These do not come with any ends. You will need to purchase the ends seperately.

Titan Basicline® is completely nickel-free and is suitable for sensitive and very allergic people. It is half as heavy as steel. It is not really the titanium itself that is so good for the body but the layer of titanium oxide that forms on the surface. The oxide layer also acts as a barrier against other substances in the titanium leaking into the body. If the titanium oxide surface is worn away, a new layer is formed immediately.

Titan Basicline® is a slightly cheaper alternative to Titan Highline® as it does not have the same high-gloss finish and can be experienced as darker in color.
