The Enbio Pro autoclave is a class B steam pressure steriliser and was specially designed for professional use in dental practices, dermatological and podiatry practices, as well as in tattoo and cosmetic studios. In addition to the conventional 121 °C and 134 °C programmes, the innovative instrument steriliser also has a 134 °C FAST programme, which enables unwrapped instruments to be sterilised within just 10 minutes. In addition, a PRION programme, which is intended for the decontamination of instruments that have come into contact with pathologically altered prion proteins, complements the functionality of the autoclave.
The steam pressure steriliser, which is particularly quiet in operation, is equipped with a large and easy-to-read colour touch display that can be operated intuitively. This display can be used to view the programmes already installed as well as malfunctions and error messages. Depending on the programme, it is possible to sterilise wrapped and/or unwrapped instruments made of a non-porous and solid material. With dimensions of 30 x 20 x 9 cm, the working chamber offers sufficient space for up to 16 wrapped instruments. If necessary, these can be stored on top of each other during the sterilisation process.
Data transfer is also automatic with the aid of the Pen Drive USB stick included in the scope of delivery and therefore minimises the workload for the staff responsible. Thanks to the USB stick, it is possible to print out the stored processes, create reports in PDF format and export captured data.
